Every property in this portfolio was acquired by one person, with one set of interests. There is no investment committee, no LP base to satisfy, no quarterly redemption pressure. When we move on a deal, we move. When we hold, we hold.

We pursue assets where others hesitate — power of sale acquisitions, underperforming properties with real upside, industrial assets in supply-constrained markets. We buy what we understand and operate what we own.
